We will objectively assess the individual fitness level of each client and complete a Coronary Artery Disease risk evaluation according to the American College of Sports Medicine guidelines. Additionally, we offer Fitness Assessments for a wide range of client-specific needs. Assessing one's fitness level when beginning an exercise program is an excellent way to learn about personal strengths and weaknesses. The Assessments allow the trainer to create a more effective, individualized program based on the information collected. Postural imbalances, weakness on the non-dominant side of the body and flexibility testing are among the assessments that help us get to know our clients better.
