Training Services
Fitness Assessments
Fitness Assessments are used to objectively measure one's fitness level and identify what areas could benefit from improvements to balance, stability and mobility or any other specific goal the client is trying to achieve.
Cardiovascular Training/ Strength Training
Training the heart and the muscles are two of the most critical components of an exercise program. We will provide effective training programs that combine cardio and strength training to keep workouts efficient and effective. One of our main goals is to help our clients with functional movements that translate to everyday use. Workouts will be tailored to the individual's personal goals and the modality that they enjoy.
Flexibility
Flexibility is incorporated into every exercise program. The trainers will spent time each session addressing tight muscle issues and recommend appropriate stretches. After each training session the trainer will provide an assisted stretching session to maximize muscle lengthening.
Core Power
Having strong core muscles is essential to any exercise program. We offer Swiss Ball training and incorporate pilates exercises into our programs.
Stretch and Strength
Millions of people believe in the power of connecting the mind and body with exercise. We offer an athletic-minded stretch and strength program that incorporates movements similar to a yoga class. The class will focus on static stretching as well as proper breathing techniques.
Group Training
We offer group training ranging from two people to the entire office! Working out in groups can be fun, challenging and cost effective. If you and a group of friends are training for a specific goal we can help you achieve it together.
Nutritional Counseling
Proper nutrition is just as important as exercise when it comes to healthy living. We will look at your current eating habits and make suggestions to improve the quality of the nutrition, provide simple tips to cut back on fat and suggest healthy recipes.
